At Vyellea, we take pride in offering quality earrings and excellent customer service.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings that have been opened, worn, tried on or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Items that have been worn, used or opened
  • Sale or promotional items

Damaged, Defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello.vyellea@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A store credit
  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
